## How ordering works

1. Choose your edition and license term and place the order. No card is charged at checkout.
2. Receive the official Intuit download link and your genuine license key by email, then install and activate.
3. Confirm the software works, then pay. This is the pay after activation model.

## FAQ

### Why Is Your Price So Much Lower Than The Official QuickBooks Store?

These are genuine 2024 QuickBooks Desktop licenses. We’re one of a limited number of resellers clearing verified 2024 license stock before the next version arrives in 2027. It’s the exact same software and official Intuit download — just at a fraction of the new-release price.

### Is This Genuine QuickBooks Software?

Yes. You download QuickBooks directly from Intuit’s official servers using the link we provide, then activate it with your genuine license key right inside the software. Nothing is modified or unofficial.

### What Does "Pay After Activation" Mean?

You receive your license and install the software first. Our team calls you after activation to confirm everything is installed and working. You only pay once your software is tested and running — so the risk is on us, not you.

### How Fast Do I Get My License?

Delivery is instant. As soon as your order is placed, you receive the official Intuit download link and your genuine license key so you can install and activate right away.

### Is It A Yearly Payment Or A Subscription?

It’s a Yearly payment. You own the license — there are no monthly or annual subscription fees.

### Do You Support Mac?

Yes. We offer a dedicated QuickBooks Mac edition for 3 users, alongside the Windows Pro Plus and Enterprise editions.

### What If I Need More Than 5 Users?

Our QuickBooks Enterprise edition scales up to 40 users. Contact us and we’ll put together custom volume pricing built around your seat count.
